**Job Summary**

The Mosaic Company is seeking an experienced Grid Modernization Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise in the field of electric grid operations.

About the Role

This role involves working with clients to analyze and improve their existing processes and systems, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and reliability. You will also be responsible for developing customized training solutions to help our clients' staff gain the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in this rapidly evolving field.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Conduct analysis of client systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to help clients' staff gain the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain complex systems.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a technical support role for electric system operations or GIS.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus program of up to 8% of annual compensation.
