Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the activities of our General Laborers and ensuring the smooth execution of production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise the activities of General Laborers within assigned areas
  • Facilitate a safe working environment and execute tight production schedules to high-quality standards
  • Provide day-to-day direction to production personnel on work assignments, quality issues, and priorities
  • Ensure daily production schedules are met and manufacturing standards are followed
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and foster teamwork

Requirements:

  • 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • 5 years of management experience

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift: 3pm to 11pm
  • One 4 hour weekend shift
