Retail Sales Associate

CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall success of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing information, and complete inventory management tasks as directed by store management.
- Support opening and closing store activities, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support growth and career development.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
- At least 16 years of age
- Physical ability to remain upright for sustained periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job
- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
