Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Printfresh LLC. This role will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of purchase orders, inventory management, and production timelines.

About Us

Printfresh is a majority woman-owned brand creating whimsical sleepwear and lifestyle items inspired by nature, animals, and home décor. Our designs are crafted with care, beginning as gouache paintings before being hand-printed or embroidered on 100% organic cotton by artisan partners in India.

Main Responsibilities
  • Purchase Order Management:
    The ideal candidate will write, manage, and track all POs, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery dates, and quantities.
  • Vendor and Logistics Coordination:
    He/She will communicate with manufacturers and suppliers to track production timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory and Data Management:
    The successful candidate will maintain accurate product data in Shopify and inventory planning systems, including specifications, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Production and Quality Support:
    Issue SMS POs according to the production calendar and review TOPs with the Design Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Experience:
    A minimum of 2 years in production and operations (preferably in fashion or home) with familiarity in production cycles, quality control, and fabric/material specifications.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, and Shopify (or ability to learn inventory planning tools).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Attributes:
    Attention to detail, team-oriented mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
