We are seeking a skilled Home Health Care Professional to deliver exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in Marlborough and surrounding areas.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will be invaluable in providing high-quality care and support.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year prior clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Previous home health care experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering patient-centered care and developing personalized care plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and monitoring patient conditions
  • Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as needed
  • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
