Job Title: Air Conditioning Refrigeration Technician

At Norwegian Cruise Line, we are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Refrigeration Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all AC/Refrigeration equipment for our Malacate and Harvest Caye facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform weekly and daily inspections of AC/Refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
  • Work closely with the technical team to resolve equipment malfunctions and perform repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs, including daily logs and service reports.
  • Notify the facilities manager of any equipment requiring attention or repair.
  • Assume responsibility for the maintenance and repair of all AC/Refrigeration equipment for both facilities.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to work order requests, adhering to working schedules and business priorities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Licensed or certified in AC/Refrigeration.
  • Electrical license a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
