We are seeking a highly experienced Walmart Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy department, located in Monaca, PA. As a senior leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role
  • Lead and direct the pharmacy department to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
  • At least 5 years of experience as a pharmacist or pharmacy manager
