Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking inbound products
  • Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork
  • Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and respond to customer inquiries
  • Encourage safe work practices and arrange daily cycle counts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to collect data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
