Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with customers

  • Perform estimates and supplements
  • Work with customers and body shop technicians to identify required repair work
  • Offer additional services and repairs
  • Enter itemized estimates on repair orders and explain estimates to customers
  • Keep customers informed and updated throughout the repairs

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent phone and people skills, and be able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. They will also be familiar with and able to adhere to various insurance guidelines.

This is a competitive salary position ($45,000-$60,000 per year) that offers comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development in the automotive industry.
