The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests by delivering high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest beverage trends and techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
