We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master - Agile Team Coach to support our clients in adopting Agile methodologies. As a change agent, you will play a critical role in promoting Agile values and principles within organizations.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement Agile practices, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication. Your expertise in Scrum principles and practices will enable teams to deliver value efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.

You will have the opportunity to leverage your experience in initiating new Agile teams and supporting existing teams in managing project work alongside routine tasks.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote collaboration and communication
  • Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of value
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for an Agile team
  • Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience in initiating new Agile teams
