Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative design concepts for various marketing materials, including print and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and refine design details.
  • Manage electronic files, including setting up files, following naming conventions, saving, and archiving.
  • Prepare files for print production or end-user and modify existing templates prepared in InDesign.
  • Coordinate print jobs with vendors and assist in preparing files for translation.

Requirements

  • 2-4 Year Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience is mandatory, and a corporate setting is preferred.
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite InDesign on a PC platform (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator are a plus).
  • Intermediate experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is mandatory.
  • Knowledgeable in design principles such as layout, typography, image usage, branded colors, and producing multi-page InDesign documents, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • A positive attitude towards challenges and change.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, collaborative environment with marketing/communications staff (internal/external) to achieve their desired results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with WordPress, Cvent, and SharePoint is a plus.
