About the Role

Fulshear is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our dynamic team in providing exceptional mental health services to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver evidence-based treatments and interventions
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and services
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical leadership or management
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
