Key Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect patient care functions, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Contribute to the nursing process by gathering and documenting patient information, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Perform routine tasks such as cleaning equipment, stocking supplies, and transporting patients.
- NJ LPN License
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Intermediate computer skills, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift, push, and pull as needed
