We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Analyst to join our team at Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC.

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC is a healthcare enablement company that partners with self-insured employers, Taft-Hartley Trusts, health systems, providers, and other TPAs to solve the problems facing today's healthcare.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have expertise in ERISA benefits regulations and strong knowledge of self-insured benefits. They will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting clients' plan documents, amendments, notices, and summary plan descriptions to ensure accurate administration of Self-Insured Health Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret clients' plan documents to ensure compliance with ERISA and PPACA guidelines
  • Interface directly with clients to ensure proper interpretation of all benefits and plan rules
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist with interpretation of clients' medical benefit plans
  • Assist in preparing, tracking, and maintaining clients' associated benefit documentation
  • Stay informed about changes to ERISA health benefits regulations and provide recommendations to clients

Requirements:

  • College Graduate or 15 years' work experience
  • 5 years benefits work experience
  • Strong knowledge of self-insured benefits
  • Expertise in ERISA benefit regulations
  • CEBS (or GBA) a plus
  • Self-insured claims experience
  • Union experience a plus
  • Knowledge of claims processing and medical coding a plus
  • Project management experience required

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
