Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret trust indentures to ensure accurate reporting requirements.
  • Create technical report specifications from indenture language, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Set up payment calculations in various in-house systems, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Perform tax elections, file for EIN's, and track residual holder transfers, as required.
  • Conduct portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
  • Perform quality control review of reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of relevant work experience in trust services, financial reporting, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of syndicated bank loans, fixed income securities, securitization, trading, or mutual funds.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
