Job Description

We are seeking experienced Child Development Specialists to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

Your primary role will involve creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with national curriculum standards and promote child development.
  • Plan and execute daily activities, games, and exercises that encourage children's exploration, creativity, and learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and attendance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support child development and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, needs, and concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Proven experience working with young children (ages 2-6) in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Annual Salary

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
