Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience while maintaining accurate cash handling and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile cash register receipts and prepare bank transactions
  • Monitor, correct, and submit payroll information
  • Perform all duties of a Retail Cashier and Customer Care Desk Clerk
  • Manage Gift Registry and assist customers
  • Help in other departments as assigned
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior Retail experience preferred
  • Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
  • Able to pass a background check
