About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work on our Cardiac Medical Stepdown Unit, Ellison 10. This 36-bed unit provides intermediate-level care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring for arrhythmias, unstable coronary syndromes, heart failure, and other vascular diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and respond to arrhythmias
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a cardiac or medical-surgical setting
  • Ability to work day/night rotation, 39-40 hours/week, with weekends required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
