  • Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff to join our team.">
  • Innovate and spark imagination, creativity, and self-discovery in our children every day.">
  • Partner with our School Principal to ensure compliance with company and state regulations, while fostering positive relationships within the community.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Age 21 or older.">
  • High school diploma or equivalent.">
  • CDA, associate, or bachelor's degree preferred in early childhood education or a related field.">
  • Meet state education and experience requirements for child care center directors.">
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; early childhood education experience a plus.">

Compensation and Benefits

  • ">
  • The estimated salary range is $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on position, education, and experience. We also offer bi-weekly and daily pay options.">
  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, limited medical for part-time workers.">
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts available to all employees.">
  • Eligible employees in Colorado receive paid sick leave as per the Healthy Families Work Act, with full-time employees receiving 48 hours upon hire and annually.">
