Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited pharmacy program (ACPE).
  • Doctorate in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Residency preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on pharmaceutical care or medication management.
  • Licensure as a Pharmacist by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
