As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include triaging and interpreting orders, performing drug calculations, and maintaining current knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations and processes. You will also provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers and assist with drug preparation and dispensing under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist. * Triage and interpret orders into our computerized medication order system, ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met
* Perform drug calculations, including basic mathematical calculations
* Maintain current knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations and processes
* Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
* Assist with drug preparation and dispensing under the direct supervision of a Pharmacist
