LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Student Performance Evaluator for a temporary project. This role is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to educational assessments in a supportive environment.
Position: Student Performance Evaluator
Compensation: $25 per hour
Project Length: 6 weeks
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard school hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Document student assessment results
- Conduct both group and individual evaluations (training will be provided)
- Track student development and progress
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous work with children is essential (candidates with backgrounds in education or tutoring are preferred)
- Education: Some college experience is highly desirable, though a degree is not mandatory
- Background Check: Must pass a standard 7-year criminal background check
- Work Environment: This position is fully onsite, with commute reimbursement available
Additional Information: Each evaluator will have a designated workspace in the classroom to conduct assessments and observe students independently. Inquiries regarding the project will be managed by a designated employee from WestEd, the organization overseeing the assessments for K-8 students.
Compensation Package: $25.00 per hour
Benefits: Associates may have access to a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan. Paid leave options may also be available in accordance with applicable laws.
