Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine resident care, including activities of daily living (ADLs), to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Assist residents in maintaining a safe and clean environment, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Provide adequate nutritional and fluid intake, assisting residents as needed.
  • Assist with meal service and feeding residents, promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the supervisor, ensuring prompt attention to their needs.
  • Utilize standard precautions and infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment.
  • Prepare resident progress notes and submit them in a timely manner, documenting their care and progress.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) registration in good standing.
  • Basic knowledge of communication techniques, infection control, safety, body mechanics, and age-related differences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
  • Annual training completion required.
  • One year of experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years old.
