Overview:

As a vital part of our team, Restaurant Servers play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including setting up dining areas, taking customer orders, serving meals and beverages, and addressing inquiries regarding menu selections. You will also be instrumental in enhancing sales through effective suggestions of additional menu items.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate proficiency in a wide array of beverage recipes and mix drinks with precision and efficiency.
  2. Execute all food service tasks, including cash and credit card transactions, setup, cleaning, and sanitation, adhering to established guidelines.
  3. Guarantee guest satisfaction by consistently applying service standards.
  4. Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset, involving management when necessary.
  5. Complete all side work, inventory management, and restocking as directed.
  6. Utilize Point of Sale systems accurately in accordance with training.
  7. Monitor guest behavior to prevent overconsumption of alcohol and follow protocols for managing intoxicated patrons.
  8. Assist with additional tasks as requested by management to support the restaurant's operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Certifications: Current food safety certification, such as ServSafe or SafeStaff.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant server role.

Physical Requirements:
