We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and developing your skills in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based research and nursing policies to ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications using the latest advancements in technology to ensure patient safety.
- Document patient care using electronic documentation systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health, wellness, and disease management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and continuum of care.
- New Jersey Nursing license obtained prior to start date.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) Required.
- Degree in Nursing required (AAS, BS, or MS).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Strong sense of accountability for improving patient lives and caregiver satisfaction.
- Exceptional focus on teamwork and dedication to ongoing education.
