Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of plasma donations, while providing exceptional customer service to our donors.
Key Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma donations
- Screen donors for eligibility and monitor their health during the donation process
- Operate and maintain plasmapheresis equipment, ensuring proper setup and troubleshooting
- Stock supplies, break down empty cartons, and assist with proper disposal
- Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS) and coordinate donors to the donor floor
- Support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful
