Investment Research & Analysis (~60%):
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of potential investment managers to gain insights into their strategies, market opportunities, and team dynamics. This process will involve engaging with both prospective and current investment managers, documenting discussions, and refining your analytical skills.
  • Market Analysis: Examine a diverse array of asset classes and strategies, reflecting the portfolio's varied investment approaches. This includes monitoring market trends through research reports and maintaining an updated calendar of significant market events.
  • Portfolio-Wide Initiatives: Assist in portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting (~30%):
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and sustain analytical reports to assess the performance of both prospective and existing investments.
  • Performance Reporting: Create performance and exposure reports for the fund's diverse asset class investments, summarizing market outlooks from investment managers.
  • Investment Updates: Regularly communicate with existing investments to evaluate changes in strategy and performance.
Additional Responsibilities (~10%):
  • Collaboration: Work alongside senior team members throughout the investment process.
  • Presentation Preparation: Assist in the development of presentation materials.
  • Special Projects: Engage in special projects as required.
Qualifications:
