Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aveanna. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless care transitions and provide support to patients and families during times of need.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Support patients and families during times of need
  • Document patient information and progress
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse
  • Current CPR certification
  • 6 months of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home health experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
