Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to employees, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare equipment and conduct patient examinations and treatments within the scope of your RN practice.
- Observe and maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, reactions, and progress.
- Develop and implement preventive health care and safety programs to promote a healthy work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the Health Services Team Leader and other stakeholders to achieve our health and safety goals.
- Current RN license in Iowa.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Health Nursing.
- CPR/First Aid Responder certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, and talk for extended periods. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures.
