Job Summary

As an MRT Coordinator at HQ Aero Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer journeys through the coordination and management of MRT requests from start to finish. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing technical and commercial assistance, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage MRT requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Provide technical and commercial assistance to customers, including generating quotations and negotiating commercial offers.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including technicians, customers, and other departments, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, including commitments and progress updates.
  • Interpret applicable technical publications and provide guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum of years of experience in aviation aircraft maintenance and/or customer service with a technical background.
  • Experience working with turbines engines and/or airframe.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and proficiency in other regional languages is desirable.
  • High school diploma or general education degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A&P license holder.
  • Understanding of commercial overview Warranty, PPH, ESP.
  • Fluency in other continental languages.
  • Associate degree or bachelor's degree and/or more years of experience.

  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with ability to multi-task.
