Candidates should possess over 10 years of litigation experience and hold an active California Bar license.

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, high-volume legal environment
  • Comprehensive experience in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including responsibility for case files, motion practice, and depositions
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and software
  • Outstanding skills in advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation
  • Strong academic background
  • Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized with a robust work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position is $195,000 annually, based on a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation may vary based on several factors, including employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Additionally, the firm provides employees with access to health insurance options, including HSA/FSA, short-term and long-term disability, dental and vision care, life insurance, a 401K plan, vacation, sick leave, parking/public transportation allowances, and an employee assistance program.
