Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Unit team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Float between units as needed, with on-call shifts 1-2 times a week and one weekend every 6 weeks.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in cardiac care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- On-call shifts 1-2 times a week.
- Weekend shifts for on-call duties only.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Current CVOR certification.
Working Conditions
This is a short-term acute care hospital with level II trauma and pediatric trauma centers. Our facility has 629 staffed beds and operates as a teaching hospital, providing a dynamic and challenging work environment.
