Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SSM Health Physical Therapy. As a key member of our outpatient physical therapy team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician direction
  • Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients
  • Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, and coworkers
  • Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Therapist required
  • CPR certification
