  • Greet all guests and welcome them to the hotel.
  • Unload baggage from cars or taxis and bring it inside to the Bellstand.
  • Tag guest baggage with the proper claim checks and give the guest their claim ticket.
  • Direct guests to the Front Desk.
  • Call taxis for guests as needed.
  • Assist the Bell Captain with luggage storage and retrieval.
  • Load baggage in cars or taxis for departing guests.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the work area.
  • Control traffic flow in and out of the Motor Lobby.
  • Notify the Front Desk and Guest Services of VIP arrivals.
  • Raise, lower, and maintain flags as requested.
