About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at WK Kellogg Co in Lancaster, PA. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment and buildings to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on mechanical equipment, including production and packaging lines.
  • Collaborate with operations, safety, and maintenance leadership to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Manage machine performance by supporting operations during mechanical failures or issues.
  • Follow established guidelines and ensure compliance with safety, health, quality, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Journeyman's OR Mechanical/Technical Degree OR 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior-based safety systems.
