Job Title: Conversion Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Conversion Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the conversion process from start to finish. You will analyze current systems, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth conversion process.

The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and system conversions in the insurance agency and brokerage sector. Proficiency in Insurance Agency Management systems such as AMS360, Sagitta, Applied Epic, Nexsure is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the conversion process from start to finish.
• Analyze data and identify potential issues or challenges in the conversion process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for the new agency management system and translate clearly into technical language to communicate clearly with the technical team.

The estimated salary range for this role is $62,605-$105,947 per year, depending on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
