We are seeking a motivated and driven Physical Therapist to join our team at our beautiful, brand-new clinic in Gurnee, IL. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Perform new-patient evaluations and exams to diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
- Create personalized treatment plans that set goals and completion dates
- Equip patients with physical therapy intervention techniques and exercises, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness
- Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care
- Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Accredited Physical Therapy program graduate
- Physical Therapy license in IL
- Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation treatment plans
- 2+ years of outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab experience preferred
- Competitive salary ($95,000 - $105,000 based on experience)
