Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients, providing expert care and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments of patients' rehabilitation needs and potential
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic programs to restore physical function, improve range of motion, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, or functional ability
  • Collaborate with the Rehab Director and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of the therapeutic program into the patient's plan of care
  • Guide and educate patients and their families on techniques, exercises, or precautions to improve their physical abilities
  • Monitor and record patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements
  • Graduate of a curriculum in Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
  • At least two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a preference for experience in a home health setting
