Job Summary:
White Lodging is a leading hospitality company that develops and operates premium-brand hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants in top cities. We're looking for a talented Server to join our team and help bring the virtue of hospitality to life. As a Server, you'll create personal connections with guests, provide exceptional service, and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service to all guests, creating a memorable experience through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.

• Complete all necessary setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure a smooth operation.

• Stay knowledgeable about all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes to accurately answer guest questions and provide recommendations.

• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation, and take ownership of resolving any issues.

• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance, reflecting the high standards of our establishment.

• Anticipate guest needs and offer exceptional hospitality to create a loyal customer base.

Requirements:

• Possess an outgoing and social personality, with excellent communication and listening skills.

• Demonstrate a passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Show ability to handle high volume and work under pressure with a team-player mindset, and be available to work weekends and holidays as necessary.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
