Job Overview

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining financial models, preparing business case analysis, and analyzing large sets of data to inform strategic decisions.

About The Job
This is a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is currently remote due to COVID-19, but we are committed to re-opening our office when it's safe to do so.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models for capital investments, lease renewals, transit bids, and acquisitions.
  • Assist with development and analysis of business case documents seeking approval for capital investment or economics in connection with billboard builds, lease renewals, asset purchases, or transit bids.
  • Analyze opportunities to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and create value.
  • Analyze historical revenue and expense trends to understand profitability of investments made.
  • Assist with the development of presentations for internal management, investor relations, and/or Board of Directors.
