Job Description:

Tower Health is seeking a talented Pediatric Intensivist to join our team at Phoenixville Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage patients in a Level II NICU setting, utilizing CPAP and ventilation support as needed.
  • Collaborate with residents to provide educational support and promote family-centered care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes for newborns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree with active board certification from the American Academy of Pediatrics in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
  • 3+ years of post-training experience in neonatology.
  • Academic credentials for a faculty appointment at the rank of Associate Professor preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to patients and families.
