Hospice RN On Call

Harrison's Hope Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Weekend On Call RN to support patients and families in the Twin Falls and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide triage and support for after-hours patient and family phone calls, determining the need for services and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct assessments, manage symptoms, and update care plans as needed.
- Communicate with attending physicians, other healthcare professionals, and agencies to ensure optimal care.
- Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide emotional support to families.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including care plans and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- Minimum of two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse.
- Demonstrated skill in nursing practices and clinical judgments.
- Ability to cope with family emotional stress and tolerance of individual lifestyles.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
