Relief Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Relief Manager to join our team at Universal Storage Group. As a Relief Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our storage facilities.

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Manage daily operations, including sales, customer service, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our services and products.
• Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

• Valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen.
• Attitude and aptitude testing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
