We offer full-service home medical equipment products and services to empower patients to live their best lives. Our Respiratory Support Technician plays a vital role in providing direct and indirect patient care in various settings, including homes, offices, and hospitals.

This position requires a strong understanding of current respiratory programs and home medical equipment products and services offered by the company and applicable governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance checks and simple repairs as required by company policy or manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Effectively communicate with patients, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including delivery tickets, safety checklist forms, patient booklet receipts, ABNs, AMAs, and equipment-specific instruction/cleaning forms.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on current respiratory programs and HME products and services, maintaining a working knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensure: Valid and unrestricted driver's license from state of residence.
