Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the inpatient surgical unit, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- 1 year of recent (within the last 4 years) acute care RN experience.
- FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure.
- If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
