Job Overview:
As a Print Shop Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our printing and mailing services. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-capacity duplicating machinery and document imaging technology.
  • Generate detailed reports for digital printing and mailing processes.
  • Manage the shipping, receiving, sorting, and distribution of mail and supplies.
  • Provide maintenance and repair services for copiers and related equipment.
  • Conduct bindery tasks, quality assurance checks, and final inspections.
  • Assist with light maintenance and support functions within the facility.
Daily Duties:
  • Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
  • Utilize document imaging systems and associated software effectively.
  • Employ MS Office and email systems for efficient file management.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of convenience copiers and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and distribute office materials as needed.
  • Handle billing logs, service requests, and customer inquiries professionally.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in PC operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with office machinery and technical equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Physical Expectations:
  • Capability to lift heavy objects as required.
  • Ability to stand for long durations.
  • Previous experience in printing, mailroom operations, or machinery handling is advantageous.
