Tire Technician

Job Functions:

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service, providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and team members.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in close quarters, as well as withstand various temperatures, showcasing physical stamina and adaptability.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures, and promoting a culture of excellence.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, further enhancing your skills and qualifications.
