Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily functions of the Warehouse department, which includes receiving, monitoring, and evaluating all incoming shipments for quality and precision.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Planning and Organization**: Develops, organizes, and oversees the warehouse operations and team during designated shifts.
2. **Inventory Management**: Controls warehouse stock, ensuring that items are stored properly and retrieved safely, efficiently, and in a clean manner.
3. **Systematic Organization**: Arranges stock in a way that is accessible, identifiable, stored at appropriate temperatures, and easily countable.
4. **Inventory Maintenance**: Keeps a comprehensive inventory of collateral and supplies throughout the store.
5. **Documentation Handling**: Collects, organizes, and forwards documentation that arrives with shipments to the Inventory Control Associate.
6. **Record Keeping**: Maintains accurate records of shipment loading and unloading, as well as the transfer of goods.
7. **Stock Management**: Responsible for stocking merchandise; receiving, preparing, distributing, and reordering internal orders.
8. **Additional Duties**: Performs other tasks as necessary or assigned.
