Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Care Technician to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-maintained appearance of our manufactured home communities.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform general grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
  2. Conduct basic repairs to homes owned by the community, using established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval.
  3. Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors, and other employees in a spirit of courtesy, cooperation, and attentiveness.
  4. Ensure community grounds are properly maintained, including regular trash removal and disposal.
  5. Advise the community manager or maintenance supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of excess garbage or have large/bulk items requiring pickup arrangements.
  6. Perform regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies to advise the community manager of equipment and supply needs.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a related field.
  2. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  3. Excellent customer service skills.
  4. Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record, and insurability under the company's policy at all times.
  5. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
  6. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
  7. Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment.
  8. Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
  9. Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
