Community Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Care Technician to join our team at RHP Properties. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-maintained appearance of our manufactured home communities.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time opportunity with an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, life insurance, and 401K.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general grounds maintenance, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Conduct basic repairs to homes owned by the community, using established procedures to identify deficiencies and take immediate action with community manager approval.
- Promote goodwill by handling all contacts with residents, prospective residents, visitors, and other employees in a spirit of courtesy, cooperation, and attentiveness.
- Ensure community grounds are properly maintained, including regular trash removal and disposal.
- Advise the community manager or maintenance supervisor of residents who do not properly dispose of excess garbage or have large/bulk items requiring pickup arrangements.
- Perform regular inventories of maintenance and grounds equipment and supplies to advise the community manager of equipment and supply needs.
- A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a related field.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record, and insurability under the company's policy at all times.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, walk continuously, and access restricted spaces.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and other equipment.
- Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
